EFEKTIVITAS PEMANFAATAN ALOKASI DANA KAMPUNG (ADK) DALAM MENINGKATKAN PEMBANGUNAN EKONOMI DI KAMPUNG BUKIT MAKMUR, KABUPATEN BERAU

This research aims to determine the level of effectiveness of the use of Village Fund Allocations (ADK) in increasing economic development in Bukit Makmur Village, Berau Regency. This research uses descriptive analysis methods. The data obtained in this study is primary data through interviews and filling out questionnaires. The tests carried out were validity, reliability and policy gap analysis. Policy gap analysis is used to assess government performance in terms of public policy/services by comparing plan input and factual implementation. The utilization of research village funds is seen in the dimensions of planning, implementation, evaluation and transparency.

Based on the results of this research, no difference was found between expected service by the community and perceived service from the village government, where the difference value was 0.1171. Overall, this research used the independent t-test and obtained Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.424. These results show that there is a not very significant difference in the perception of the performance provided by the village government to the community regarding the effectiveness of village funds in supporting the economic development of Bukit Makmur village in 2021

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the Achievement Orchid PKBM in community economic empowerment in Long Sului Village, Kelay District, Berau Regency. Primary data were collected through questionnaires which were distributed to 88 respondents who were used as research samples. The analytical tools used are: validity test, reliability test, mean (calculated average), standard deviation (standard deviation), and average percentage.

The results of this study indicate that: 1) Assessment of the effectiveness of the Achievement Orchid PKBM in empowering the economy of the Long Sului Village community through several indicators, namely: a) Human resource development has a mean value of 4.35 with a standard deviation of 0.59; b) Group institutional development has a mean value of 4.27 with a standard deviation of 0.54; c) Public (private) capital fertilization has a mean value of 4.34 with a standard deviation of 0.57; d) Productive business development has a mean value of 4.27 with a standard deviation of 0.60; e) Provision of appropriate information has a mean value of 4.19 with a standard deviation of 0.54. 2) PKBM Orchid Achievement in the economic empowerment of the Long Sului Village community can be categorized as effective, based on the average answer of most respondents in agreeing answers, which is 60.23%, which is included in the effective category (56% - 75%). Thus it was decided to reject the hypothesis in this study.

Tourism is developing expeditiously, with particular interest in maritime activities. previously mentioned, it can obtain negative ramification, such as heightened household waste, environmental pollution, ecological damage, commination to species and conflicts over ownership. Pratasaba Resort's designation blue rating aims to enhance responsible tourism governance and motivate communities to participate in Indonesia's marine conservation efforts. The methods used are interviews, observations, document reviews, media research, and determining the position of economic participants in the Signing Blue rating. Based on the assessment results, Pratasaba Resort needs to improve all the rage several areas, including: B. (1) Starfish 1: Understanding and commitment to consistent tourism practices. (2) Starfish 2: Commitment to implementing collaborative governance practices. (3) Starfish 3: Increased stakeholder awareness, motivation and commitment in tourism practices. Overall, Pratasaba Resort Maratua was able to achieve Starfish 3 level. This means that it was fully committed to consistent tourism activities and can carry them out domestic.

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of independence ratio and regional financial effectiveness in Berau Regency. The method used is a quantitative method or data obtained in the form of numbers. The results showed that from 2017 to 2021 an average of 10.33% was obtained.

This shows that the local government of Berau Regency is still in the very low category. The ratio of regional financial effectiveness in Berau Regency in 2017-2021 shows an average percentage of 111.62%. this shows that the local government of Berau district is in the very effective category.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Capital Expenditures on the Economic Growth of Berau Regency, to determine the influence of Original Regional Income (PAD) on the Economic Growth of Berau Regency, to determine the influence of Capital Expenditures and Original Regional Income (PAD) on the Economic Growth of Berau Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. Quantitative research is research that emphasizes analysis of numerical data (numbers) processed using statistical methods.

The results of this research concluded that based on the results of the analysis and results of data processing calculations, the development of Berau Regency Regional Government Capital Expenditures does not always increase every year, it tends to fluctuate. The results of the test show that the Regional Original Income (PAD) variable has a positive and significant impact on Economic Growth both simultaneously, namely simultaneously and partially, namely individually. If the Regional Original Income (PAD) variable received is higher, the level of Economic Growth in Berau Regency will increase.

This study aims to examine the effect of the percentage of poor population and economic growth on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Berau Regency.

Based on the results of the study, firstly, the percentage of poor people has no influence on the HDI in Berau Regency. Second, economic growth has a significant effect on the HDI in Berau Regency. From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination R Square known 52.7%. This shows the influence of the variable Percentage of Poor Population (X1) and the variable Economic Growth (X2) of 52.7% while 47.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

This research is to find out and analyze the Blue Oceans Strategy approach to improve strategy development for the Small and Medium Enterprises of Shell Crafts. The data processing and analysis method used is through a postpositivism research approach, namely qualitative research. Qualitative analysis consists of the eliminate-reduce-increase-create scheme, strategy canvas and blue ocean index at IKM Seashell Crafts in Tanjung Redeb. Meanwhile, the quantitative analysis used consisted of the Cochran test, performance appraisal test, and factor analysis. The results of the study show that a comparative analysis in the application of red ocean strategy and blue ocean strategy is seen using the eliminate-reduce-increase-create scheme, strategy canvas and blue ocean index.

This research aims to assess issues related to the condition of social and cultural aspects of the community in Teluk Bayur Village. The data collection method was conducted by Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) and analyzed by SWOT. The social approach uses Focus Group Discussion (FGD) by jointly identifying the potential and problems of the village.. It can be concluded that the large number of people of productive age creates opportunities in developing the agricultural sector. Complete educational facilities are sufficient in fulfilling the quality of education so that it can support human resources. Adequate assistance and media are needed for the community in managing existing potential, so that they can be facilitated in carrying out all activities related to utilization that bring positive and constructive aspects to the village.

This study aims to examines the effect of financial technology lending on economic growth in the province of East Kalimantan, the type of data collected is quantitative data on economic growth in the Province of East Kalimantan which is available on the website of the Central Bureau of Statistics in the Province of East Kalimantan and financial technology lending data available on the website of the Financial Services Authority. The analytical method used in this study is classical assumption test analysis, simple regression, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient, and t-test.

The results of the study show that financial technology lending has a positive effect on economic growth in the Province of East Kalimantan. The correlation coefficient of 33.4 percent indicates a effect between financial technology lending and economic growth but not significantly.
