The research aims to analyze how National Retail has developed in Tanjung Redeb District, Berau Regency and to analyze the positive and negative impacts of retail National support for small businesses in Tanjung Redeb District, Berau Regency.

Based on the results of the data analysis carried out and the discussion that has been presented, it is concluded that the existence of Indomaret and Alfamidi as modern shops in Tanjung Redeb is increasingly shifting the existence of small shop owners who have traditional shops/kiosks selling the same merchandise. The number of consumers continues to decrease, which also has an impact on the income of small shop traders. Injustice is still felt by traders who own small shops. The existence of Indomaret and Alfamidi in Tanjung Redeb The existence of Indomaret and Alfamidi has both negative and positive impacts on society. The negative impact is felt by small shop traders who feel increasingly marginalized because of the existence of Indomaret and Alfamidi with cheap prices and much more complete goods.

Kabupaten Berau has potential in the tourism and coal mining sectors, which have an impact on high growth population and economic increase rapidly every year. High population mobility can measured by the increasing need for daily living. This activity also indirectly requires the availability of transportation access. Data shows that vehicle ownership in Berau Regency increased by 63,456 units from 2018 to 2021 (BPS, 2022). Level of services (LOS) is a measure of the performance of a road section or intersection Level of Service is a part and frequently used term and concept of transportation planning in urban planning, which is calculated based on the level of road use, speed, density and obstacles that occur. In quantitative analysis, the level of road service is shown by Q/C (Q = traffic volume, C = road capacity). In conclusion, on several urban roads in Tanjung Redeb there are still no serious transportation problems found, it's just that problems occur only because of inappropriate traffic management or transportation arrangements.

This study aims to further discuss the deepening of the concept of fraud detection and provide greater insight into the concept of fraud detection. Data sources were collected from the Scopus database as many as 200 documents from 2010 to 2023. This research method uses bibliometric analysis with an application system for data visualization using VOSviewer. Enrichment of information based on scientific data regarding the phenomenon of fraud detection and handling is an interesting and useful thing to continue to be researched. Differences in location, situation and time make the dynamics of fraud detection efforts more effective and have a positive impact theoretically and in practice. This research can be a reference for future researchers in conducting scientific studies on improving the concept of fraud detection. This research provides new insights through the elaboration of information data regarding the concept of implementing fraud detection so that it can be useful in evaluating the company's internal control.

The research aims to investigate the impact of infrastructure development on the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) and Tourism in Berau Regency. Based on the analysis of the data and discussion presented, it is concluded that infrastructure development has an influence on the growth of UMKM in Berau Regency. The addition and improvement of roads, bridges, and public facilities have fostered UMKM growth in trade, industry, and services sectors. Infrastructure development also affects tourism in Berau Regency. Improvements in road access and the airport have increased the number of tourist visits to Berau Regency throughout the years 2021-2022.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of unemployment on poverty levels in Berau District. The variable used is the poverty variable as the dependent variable, while the unemployment variable is the independent variable. The data used in this research is secondary data in annual form (time series) from 2016 to 2021. The test uses SPSS 25 and the data obtained is taken from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in Berau Regency.

The analytical method used in this study is a simple linear regression model. Based on the research results, it can be seen that there is an insignificant effect, a moderate level of relationship and a pattern of positive relationship between unemployment and poverty levels in Berau Regency which is indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.412 or 17%. This means that unemployment affects the poverty rate by 17% while the remaining 83% is influenced by other factors. Thus that the hypothesis put forward is rejected.

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the purpose of the research conducted is to determine the effectiveness of the use of school operational assistance funds in State Elementary Schools 014 Tanjung Redeb, Berau Regency. The sample used in this study is data on the Activity Plan and Budget of elementary school 014 Tanjung Redeb, Berau Regency in 2015 – 2022 using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with an approach using the Effectiveness Ratio indicator. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the average level of effectiveness of the use of school operational assistance funds in State Elementary Schools 014 Tanjung Redeb, Berau Regency in 2015-2022 is at an effectiveness ratio of 93.5%, which is on the "Effective" criteria. This means that the hypothesis stating the alleged level of effectiveness of the use of school operational assistance funds in primary schools 014 tanjung redeb berau district is effectively "accepted". Overall, the realization of the 014 primary school budget for each year has the criteria of effectiveness, effectiveness and ineffectiveness. For 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021 achieved the effective criteria with an effectiveness ratio of 90% - 100%, For 2020 achieved the criteria quite effectively with an effectiveness ratio of 81.9% and in 2022 achieved the less effective criteria with a ratio of 74.9%.

Analysis and policy direction are needed to improve the quality of crossing services by klotok boats so that the ease and comfort of mobility increases. This research uses Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) which functions to identify the level of importance and performance of traditional klotok ship crossings. This analysis is carried out as a basis for making policy directions. The study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of land area, capital, labor, technology, and production costs on the increase in rice farmer income in Kampung Buyung-Buyung, Tabalar District, Berau Regency. Based on the analysis of the data and discussion presented, it is concluded that the variables of land area, selling price, and rice production significantly and positively affect the level of rice farmer income in Kampung Buyung-buyung, Tabalar District, Berau Regency. Meanwhile, the variable of production costs significantly and negatively affects the level of rice farmer income in Kampung Buyung-buyung, Tabalar District, Berau Regency.Based on the analysis and discussion, the variables of land area (X1), selling price (X2), production yield (X3), and production costs (X4) simultaneously have a significant and positive influence on the level of rice farmer income in Kampung Buyung-buyung, Tabalar District, Berau Regency.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of interest rates and inflation on the Jakarta Composite Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples used are interest rate data for 2017-2021, inflation for 2017-2021, and the JCI for 2017-2021. The results of this study concluded that the value of interest rates partially did not have a significant effect on the JCI, as evidenced by the test results where the t-count value is smaller than t-table (0.539 <2.920) and the significance value (Sig.) is greater than the value probability (0.644 > 0.05). Inflation partially did not have a significant effect on the JCI, as evidenced by test results where the t-count is smaller than t-table (-2.261 <2.920) and the significance value (Sig.) of inflation is greater than the probability value (0.152 > 0.05). The results of the F test show a significant value (Sig.) of interest rates and inflation, this significance value is greater than the probability value (0.222 > 0.05) and the f-count value is smaller than the f-table value (3.501 < 9.552) indicating that the independent variables in this study (interest rates and inflation) simultaneously do not have a significant effect on the Jakarta Composite Index.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of promotions and store atmosphere against impulse buying either directly or through an intervening variable that is shopping emotion. The object of this research is the department store Mirota Campus Yogyakarta. This study using purposive sampling method. The samples used were 100 samples. The type of data in this research is the primary data where the data was obtained directly from the source using a questionnaire as an instrument in the study. This study uses SPSS with path analysis as a research model. The results showed that the store atmosphere affect consumers in making impulse buying either directly or through an intervening variable. While the promotion does not significantly influence consumer behavior in doing impulse buying. Shopping emotion as an intervening variable mediating variables only store atmosphere while the promotion is not.
