Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of human relations, career development and
work life balance on the performance of SMK Muhammadiyah Berau employees. The sampling method in this
study used the saturated sample method. The subjects of this research were the employees of the Berau
Muhammadiyah Vocational School, which consisted of 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple
linear regression. The results of the human relations hypothesis test on employee performance obtained a
coefficient of t count of 2.601 and p of 0.013; (p < 0.05) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Career development on employee performance obtained a calculated t coefficient value of 5.527 and p of 0.000; (p <.05) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. While the work life balance on performance obtained a coefficientt value of 0.981 and p of 0.333 (p> 0.05) then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. The calculated F value is 8,823 and p 0,000; (p < 0.05) then H0 is rejected and Ha which means there is the influence of human relations, career development and work life balance on the performance of SMK Muhammadiyah Berau employees is
accepted.
