This study aims to explain the effect of creativity, motivation, discipline and training as well as job loyalty on employee performance at PT. mahakam diamond samjaya. The object of this research is an authorized company. The company that will be used as a research location is supported by two sales pillars, namely commercial vehicles and passenger vehicles. This study used a qualitative approach with the help of SPSS version 25. The testing technique used was the Cronbach Alpha reliability test, the validity test with factor analysis, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence on creativity, motivation, discipline, training and job loyalty on employee performance.
