PELAKSANAAN ANGGARAN DAN EVALUASI KINERJA TERHADAP AKUNTABILITAS KINERJA INSTANSI PEMERINTAH DAERAH KABUPATEN POHUWATO

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pelaksanaan anggaran dan evaluasi kinerja terhadap akuntabilitas kinerja instansi Pemerintah di Kabupaten Pohuwato. Tahapan metode yang akan di lakukan yaitu survey lapangan di seluruh organisasi perangkat daerah Kabupaten Pohuwato sekaligus observasi yang dapat dijadikan sampel penelitian.Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode kuantitatif dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pelaksanaan anggaran berpengaruh positif dan namun tidak signifikan terhadap  Akuntabilitas kinerja instansi pemerinth. Evaluasi kinerja berpengaruh positif  dan signifikan terhadap Akuntabilitas kinerja instansi pemerintah diterima. Pelaksanaan anggaran dan evaluasi kinerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the effect of budget execution and performance evaluation on the performance accountability of government agencies in Pohuwato Regency. The stages of the method to be carried out are field surveys in all regional organizations in Pohuwato Regency as well as observations that can be used as research samples. The analytical method used is quantitative method with multiple linear regression. The results showed that the implementation of the budget had a positive but not significant effect on the performance accountability of government agencies. Performance evaluation has a positive and significant impact on government agency performance accountability is accepted. Budget implementation and performance evaluation together have a positive and significant impact on the Performance Accountability of Government Agencies
